Join us. At PagerDuty, you'll tackle complex problems, collaborate with kind and ambitious people, and help build a more equitable world—all in a flexible, award-winning workplace.

PagerDuty is seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our Growth and Web Experience team, reporting to the Director of Growth & Web. In this role, you will lead the design strategy and execution of pagerduty.com's web experience, collaborating with growth, development, and marketing stakeholders to create high-converting experiences that showcase PagerDuty's products.

As an accomplished UX designer with a strong foundation in interaction and visual design, you will lead the end-to-end user experience of our web presence. Understanding PagerDuty's diverse user base - from DevOps engineers to business leaders - you'll digest complex problems and create simple, usable solutions through system maps, user flows, and prototypes. Your ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders will be crucial in creating intuitive experiences that guide users through their buying journey.

In addition to crafting exceptional user experiences, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our acquisition funnel through data-driven design decisions, A/B testing, and experimentation. Your mastery of aesthetics and visual hierarchy will ensure users can quickly find the information they need, while your analytical mindset will help translate user behavior data and testing results into design improvements that enhance the customer journey. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a world-class design system, working closely with front-end engineering teams and content partners to ensure scalable implementation of customer experiences that drive conversion.

The ideal candidate is a curious and passionate problem solver who thrives on data-driven design and storytelling. You have a strong aesthetic sensibility combined with deep understanding of UX/UI principles, particularly in the technical B2B market. Your systems thinking approach and experience working with growth teams on experimentation enables you to create scalable solutions that drive results. As a collaborative team player, you excel at communicating design choices to non-designers. Your ability to bring clarity to complex problem spaces, combined with your passion for crafting innovative customer acquisition tactics, makes you an effective advocate for design excellence.

This role is expected to come into our Toronto office 1 day/week so you can thrive in your new role and fully embrace being a Dutonian!
