Financial Systems Administrator I (Procure to Pay)  

PagerDuty is looking for a Financial Systems Administrator I (Procure to Pay) to join the Enterprise Applications team within the CIO organization. In this position, you will actively work with both internal and external resources on the Finance and Technical Operations teams to maintain and support our various procure-to-pay systems. This role requires a fast-paced work ethic in order to meet key deadlines, the ability to deliver consistently in a high-growth environment, and experience implementing and supporting compliance and controls requirements. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in supporting and maintaining PagerDuty’s Financial systems with a primary focus on Coupa, Expensify, and SimpleLegal. Coupa modules include; P2P, Coupa Pay, SIM, CLM, Analytics, and Invoicesmash. 
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for user and business stakeholder support and requests, utilizing Jira to efficiently track and resolve tickets
  • This position will work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot errors, assist with supplier onboarding, assist with reporting needs, assist with design and testing, etc.
  • Configuration with building and maintaining user roles, workflows, forms, and reports, maintaining master data, and other similar tasks.
  • Translate high-level objectives provided by Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Business Stakeholders into viable systems-based solutions for process or procedure based on functional specifications
  • Collaborate with senior roles to support testing, design, deployment, SOX controls, and other critical functions within the financial systems landscape
  • Support the gathering of business and technical requirements with business partners to document business requirements, organization and flows of data, methods and forms from multiple sources

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years Coupa procurement experience, Coupa Certification required with preferred experience in P2P, SIM, Coupa Pay, CLM, and Invoicesmash modules. 
  • Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay practices – purchasing, receiving, accounts payable
  • Excellent time and project management skills – can coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced business culture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of various ERP & financial systems and software, including Expensify, SpringCM, NetSuite, Zuora, and Salesforce
  • Experience in SaaS-based software business
  • cXML, CIF, Punchout, EDI, or similar eCommerce formats experience
  • Previous experience working in a public company, including experience implementing and maintaining SOX controls for financial reporting and other regulatory/compliance initiatives
  • Agile project management & development/deployment methodologies
