PagerDuty employees (aka Dutonians 😎) in Portugal are valued members of our global team, with equal access to competitive pay and benefits, learning and development programs, structured career architecture, and opportunities for advancement. We hire across nearly every department in our Lisbon office: Product Development, Marketing, Finance, People Team, to name a few!
We offer a hybrid, flexible workplace, while also providing ample opportunities for in-person and virtual connection with your colleagues. From Employee Resource Groups, to Slack channels like #pagerdutypets and #parentduty, to team volunteering, there is something for everyone.
🎉 PagerDuty Lisbon is honored to be ranked #8 on Exame Portugal's list of best places to work! Our ability to build, scale and retain a high-performing and engaged team in such a short time frame has also earned us the prestigious Talent Magnet Award 🧲.
This recognition is a testament to the incredible dedication and talent of our Dutonians in Portugal. Thank you for making PagerDuty Lisbon a truly special place to work!
Since launching our Lisbon hub in late 2021, we've grown to more than 80 Dutonians in the region!
“Lisbon’s entrepreneurial culture, strong university programs and local tech ecosystem support our aspirations to become the operations cloud for the modern enterprise, and we are excited to build both our presence in Portugal to continue to grow our business in Europe.”

At PagerDuty, we know the greatest impact comes from collective action. The heart of our impact, Dutonians contribute their passions and expertise to create change.
In Portugal, we are proud supporters of Portuguese Women in Tech. We invest in their mission and support their mentorship program directly with PagerDuty mentors. The program is designed "to empower and inspire female tech students and recent graduates and to provide them with the tools they need to succeed in the competitive tech industry."
Led by our local Community Responders, PagerDuty Lisbon also actively participates in team volunteering initiatives, like packing and distributing food at Banco Alimentar Contra a Fome Lisboa.
