Q: When do my benefit elections become effective?

A: Benefit elections are effective as of your hire date if you complete a sign up form within 30 days.

Q: How long do I have to enroll?

A: You have 30 days from your date of hire to enroll in benefits in order for your benefits to be effective on your hire date.

Q: Who can I cover on my PagerDuty Benefits?

A: Eligible dependents are defined as your legal spouse or domestic partner and eligible children who reside in your household and depend primarily on you for support.

MBC Base Plan

The MBC base health care plan provides coverage for hospital care, prescription drugs, care with health practitioners, access to medical services and supplies and extended health care, vision care and more. Additionally, the dental benefits encompass preventive care, basic care and other services. The base plan also grants 24/7 access to online doctors for your convenience.

MBC Enhanced Plan

The MBC enhanced health care plan provides several benefits plan enhancements. It includes coverage for prescription drugs, hospital care, consultations with healthcare practitioners, extended healthcare services, a wide array of medical services and supplies, vision care and more. The dental benefits cover preventive care, basic dental services, and additional coverage. The enhanced benefit plan also includes a Healthcare Spending Account. There will be a payroll deducted benefit contributions for those enrolled in the enhanced plan.

Mental Health Support	Headspace Care provides individualized mental health support, including one-on-one behavioral health coaching, and self-guided care options. Headspace Care also delivers confidential mental health resources through text-based chats and self-guided activities. PagerDuty recognizes the importance of offering these services to empower individuals on their mental health journey, including access to meditation and mindful resources.
Travel Benefits	PagerDuty provides travel benefits to our employees, prioritizing their safety and well-being while traveling. Our comprehensive package includes worldwide travel assistance, ensuring our team members have peace of mind and support wherever they are.
Financial Wellness	We are committed to fostering financial wellness among our employees. At PagerDuty, we've implemented a retirement savings plan (RRSP) that you can contribute to. Alongside the group RRSP, we also provide a deferred profit sharing plan (DPSP). With this setup, your contributions go into the group RRSP, and we match them with contributions to the DPSP. Online Doctor Services	Online Doctor Services provide Participants with 24/7 access to a Physician from a computer, phone or tablet for diagnosis, medical advice and treatment of an Eligible Condition.
Family Planning and Support	PagerDuty collaborates with Cleo Baby to provide Family Planning & Support for both new and expecting parents. Cleo Baby specializes in assisting individuals as they navigate the journey from work to parenthood and back to the workplace seamlessly. In addition, PagerDuty offers essential parental leave options, recognizing the significance of enabling parents to bond with their newborns, foster a healthy work-life balance, and ensure the overall well-being of the family.
