Q: When do my benefit elections become effective?
A: Benefit elections are effective as of your hire date if you complete a sign up form within 30 days.
Q: How long do I have to enroll?
A: You have 30 days from your date of hire to enroll in benefits in order for your benefits to be effective on your hire date.
Q: Who can I cover on my PagerDuty Benefits?
A: Eligible dependents are defined as your legal spouse or domestic partner and eligible children who reside in your household and depend primarily on you for support.

MBC Base Plan | The MBC base health care plan provides coverage for hospital care, prescription drugs, care with health practitioners, access to medical services and supplies and extended health care, vision care and more. Additionally, the dental benefits encompass preventive care, basic care and other services. The base plan also grants 24/7 access to online doctors for your convenience. |
MBC Enhanced Plan | The MBC enhanced health care plan provides several benefits plan enhancements. It includes coverage for prescription drugs, hospital care, consultations with healthcare practitioners, extended healthcare services, a wide array of medical services and supplies, vision care and more. The dental benefits cover preventive care, basic dental services, and additional coverage. The enhanced benefit plan also includes a Healthcare Spending Account. There will be a payroll deducted benefit contributions for those enrolled in the enhanced plan. |
Mental Health Support | Headspace Care provides individualized mental health support, including one-on-one behavioral health coaching, and self-guided care options. Headspace Care also delivers confidential mental health resources through text-based chats and self-guided activities.
