PagerDuty was founded in 2009 by three innovative software developers, Alex Solomon, Baskar Puvanathasan, and Andrew Miklas, who knew what it was like to carry the pager for “always on” cloud services.

What started as automating on-call rotations has evolved into the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. With a generative AI assistant at its core, PagerDuty empowers teams to detect and resolve issues in real time, orchestrate complex workflows, and drive continuous improvement across their digital operations. PagerDuty currently has offices in Atlanta, Lisbon, London, San Francisco, Santiago, Sydney, Tokyo, and Toronto. Additionally, we hire sales team members in select cities across the United States, like Chicago, Boston, Seattle, DC Metro Area, and New York City.
