PagerDuty was founded in 2009 by three innovative software developers, Alex Solomon, Baskar Puvanathasan, and Andrew Miklas, who knew what it was like to carry the pager for “always on” cloud services.

PagerDuty currently has offices in Atlanta, Lisbon, London, San Francisco, Santiago, Sydney, Tokyo, and Toronto. Additionally, we hire sales team members in select cities across the United States, like Chicago, Boston, Seattle, DC Metro Area, and New York City.
