At PagerDuty, we strive to build a more equitable world by investing 1% each of company equity, product, and employee volunteer time.

We integrate social impact into the employee experience in many ways:

  • 20 hours of paid volunteer time off annually for you to contribute your skills and passion in your community. You can even earn donation credits for their service!
  • PagerDuty matches your donations to support the causes important to you.
  • Organize volunteer opportunities with colleagues and drive partnerships with community organizations as part of our Community Responder Council.
  • Help our non-profit partners use PagerDuty technology more effectively to advance their life-saving work as part of our Technical Pro Bono Program. Work in cross-functional teams, observe different workflows, and get insights into new use cases for PagerDuty technology - advancing your own knowledge and career.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are innovation culture partners who foster global engagement, support career development, and promote a culture of customer advocacy—through education, awareness, and celebration. Our ERGs are open to all employees.
